摘要
运用实验法探讨交谊舞锻炼对老年女性平衡机能的影响。结果显示:实验组在闭目单足站立、平衡木行走、闭目原地踏步及强化Romberg测试中,比对照组有较大的改善和提高,明显优于对照组,均呈显著性差异,说明经常坚持交谊舞锻炼能有效提高老年女性的平衡能力。
The experiment was introduced to investigate the effects of social dancing exercise on old-aged women's balance performance.The result shows that in the test of standing on the leg with the eyes closed,walking on a balance bar,the vestibular stepping and improved Romberg test,the experimental group improves and raises more than the compared group.The result appears the marked difference and then explains that the social dancing exercise improves old-aged women's balance performance effectively.
