摘要
通过参考文献与调查访问,普通高校高水平运动队多年以来运动竞技水平与竞技人才培养没有达到办队的预期目标。主要是运动员来源离需求的条件与标准相差甚远。其深层次问题在于教育系统内没有建立起竞技人才培养的有效机制;由于这方面原因影响高水平运动队的发展。普通高校只有通过改革,寻求新的突破。
The level of the universities' sports and the athletes is restricted by the source of their athletics.This paper mainly expounds the issues of the source of the universities' athletes so as to urge the universities to reform their talents_training system and explore the source of the talent players in many ways.
