摘要 目的制备具有多纵向排列通道的多孔神经导管。方法以可生物降解的聚(乳酸-乙醇酸)共聚物(PLGA,LA/GA摩尔比75/25)为基材,利用注射成型和热致相分离相结合的技术制备出具有多纵向排列通道的神经导管,通过调节模具结构和工艺参数可以控制导管外径、通道数目及导管内部的微孔结构。结果具有多纵向排列通道神经导管外径为1~5mm,通道数1~17个,通道内径0.3~1.0mm。通道之间管壁呈各向异性的梯状微孔结构,孔径在5~50μm之间,孔洞相互贯通,与文献报道相比具有明显优势。结论采用本实验技术可制备系列用于神经损伤或脊髓修复的可降解吸收导管支架,以满足临床需要。 Objective To fabricate porous biodegradable nerve conduits with multiple longitudinally aligned channels. Methods The multiple-channel porous biodegradable nerve conduits were fabricated by injection molding combined with thermally induced phase separation (TIPS). Poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA, LA/GA mole ratio 75∶25) was used as matrices. Results Porous biodegradable conduits with multiple longitudinally aligned channels (3, 7 and 17) were fabricated, using a technique of injection molding combined with thermally induced phase separation (TIPS). The size of the conduit, the channel number in the conduit and the micro-pore size of the conduit can be easily and inexpensively varied by choice of mold design and the process parameters. Conclusion A series of biodegradable multiple-channel nerve conduits can be fabricated by the injection molding combined with TIPS technique, and it would be available for repairing the damages of nerve or spinal cord.
