摘要
目的探索老年人鼻癌切除后即时进行全鼻再造的可能性。方法对1例老年鼻基底细胞癌患者彻底切除鼻癌及受累鼻软骨后,创面即时用扩张后的额部岛状皮瓣行全鼻再造修复。拆线后配合放射治疗。结果随访2年,肿瘤无复发,再造鼻形态逼真。结论基底细胞癌恶性程度较低,发展缓慢,可以在额部行扩张术后,再作癌切除并同期行额部皮瓣全鼻再造术。此法既能治愈癌症,又能满足患者的生理及心理需求,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To study the probability of aged patient of basal cell carcinoma by nose reconstruction.Methods First resect damage of nasal skin and nasal cartilage.Then repair nasal defect using island expanded forehead flap with radiotherapy after take out stitches.Results After 2 years follow-up,the patient is pleased with postoperative appearance.Nasal damages are disappeared.Conclusion Using expanded forehead flap to reforge nose because basal cell carcinoma is a lower malignant skin tumour.Nose reconstruction can satisfy patient's needs and improve living quality evidently.
