摘要
目的:研究血管内皮生长因子C(vascular endothelial growth factor-C,VEGF-C)在食管鳞癌中的表达及其意义。方法:应用免疫组化法检测食管鳞癌组织中VEGF-C的表达。结果:食管鳞癌组织VEGF-C阳性表达率为38.9%,VEGF-C的表达与患者年龄、肿瘤大小及分化程度无关,但与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移密切相关。结论:VEGF-C阳性表达与食管鳞癌的淋巴结转移密切相关。VEGF-C是促进食管鳞癌经淋巴转移的重要因素。
To study the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor-C （VEGF-C） in esophageal squamous carcinoma. Methods： Expression of VEGF-C in 72 patients with esophageal squamous carcinoma was examined immunohistochemically. Results： Positive VEGF-C expression was detected in 38. 9% （28/72） patients with esophageal squamous carcinoma. The expression of VEGF-C was correlated to the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis （P〈0. 01）, but not to patient age, tumor size or differentiation degree （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： VEGF-C may play an important role in lymphatic metastasis of esophageal squamous carcinoma.
