摘要
以氧化铝和碳酸钙为原料制备新型的无机高效水处理剂聚合氯化铝钙,研究了合成条件,确定了最佳的工艺参数。实验表明,升高温度有利于产品的合成,在10 g铝酸钙粉末中盐酸加入量为70 mL,酸溶时间为3 h,焙烧反应中氧化铝与碳酸钙的适宜配比为3∶2(质量比)。将合成的产品用于高炉煤气洗涤废水处理中,处理后的水质达到国家的排放标准和该厂的循环使用标准。
Poly-aluminum calcium chloride, a new type of inorganic flocculant with high efficiency, was prepared from aluminum oxide and calcium carbonate. The synthesis conditions were investigated, determining the optimum process parameters as follows: acid dosage 70 mL in 10 g calcium aluminate, acid dissolving time 3 h, mass ratio of aluminium oxide to calcium carbonate 3 : 2. The experiment results indicate that rising of baking temperature is helpful to product synthesis. The synthesized product was used in the treatment of washing wastewater from blast furnace gas, and the treated wastewater quality reached the national discharge standard and the reuse standard of this plant.
