摘要
介绍了国外特高压输电的发展现状,并着重阐述了目前国外特高压系统过电压存在的问题。针对内部过电压,分析了工频电压升高、潜供电流以及操作过电压所引起的问题,同时列出了各自可以采用的限制措施;针对防雷保护问题,分析了特高压输电线路的反击耐雷性能、绕击耐雷性能及绕击防护措施,并归纳比较了反击耐雷水平和绕击耐雷水平的计算方法。
The status in quo of foreign UHV(Uhra High Voltage) system development is introduced and the overvohage problem is emphasized. The inner overvohage,such as power transient overvohage, secondary arc current and switching overvohage,are analyzed and countermeasures to limit the inner voltage are given. For lightning overvohage,the back-flashover lightning protection performance,the shielding-failure protection performance and the design of shielding protection of UHV system are discussed. The calculation methods of back-flashover lightning protection level and shielding-failure protection level are summarized.
