基于小波包分析的铜/钢异种材料摩擦焊接头质量的超声无损评价 被引量:3

Ultrasonic Nondestructive Evaluation for the Quality of Copper-Steel Friction-Welded Joint Based on Wavelet Packet Analysis

摘要 对铜/钢异种材料摩擦焊接头的强度无损评价方法进行了研究,利用小波包分析的方法对铜/钢摩擦焊接头的超声A扫描信号进行处理,计算出各频带上的能量值,找出了频带能量与微剪切强度之间的联系。研究表明,对超声A扫描信号进行小波包分析后,通过研究各频带上的能量值可判断接头局部区域的剪切强度情况,从而判断接头的结合质量。 The nondestructive evaluation method for the weld strength of copper steel friction-welded joints was researched. The ultrasonic A scan signals of the joints were analyzed by wavelet packet processing. The energy in various frequency bands was calculated, then the relationship between energy and micro-shear strength was correlated. It was showed that the bonding quality and joint strength could be evaluated by wavelet packet analysis of ultrasonic A scan signals and the observation of the energy in different frequency bands.
