摘要
对螯合树脂富集———火焰原子吸收光谱法测定天然水体中痕量铜和锌的在线富集条件、干扰因素等进行研究,在线富集倍数达到两个数量级,在灵敏度与石墨炉原子吸收光谱法相当情况下,提高了测定准确度。
A method of chelate resin column on-line enrichment combined with flame atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS) for the determination of Cu and Zn in natural water was reported. Conditions for enrichment,influence of interferences and availability of the method were studied in detail. An enrichment factor of two orders of magnitude can be reached. Sensitivity of the method was comparable to the graphite furnance AAS and accuracy of the determination was improved.
