摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法(sol-gel)、化学气相沉积法(CVD)法及sol-gel-CVD组合技术制备自洁净玻璃,对光降解膜的化学组分进行了优化,通过以甲基橙为降解物对光催化性能进行考察,测试了其浸润角、膜厚,采用SEM技术对表面结构进行了表征,并对sol-gel,CVD以及sol-gel-CVD的组合技术3种方法进行比较.结果表明,采用sol-gel-CVD的组合技术制得Ti-Ce膜的洁净玻璃表面致密性最好,具有很好的亲水性,光催化性能最高,1.5h时的降解率最好达到96.2%.
The self - cleaning glasses prepared by sol - gel, CVD and sol - gel - CVD composite method were studied for the optimization of film components. The catalytic activity was determined by the degradation of methyl orange, and the soak angle, thickness, and surface morphology of film were measured. The comparisons between sol - gel, CVD, and sol - gel - CVI) composite methods were made. The results show that the Ti - Ce film made from sol - gel - CVD method has the best density, hydrophility, and catalytic activity which the degradation of methyl orange reached 96.2 % in 1.5 h.
