摘要
采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和社会支持评定量表对陕西省榆林市85名幼儿园教师进行心理健康状况和社会支持状况调查,结果显示:(1)榆林市幼儿园教师的SCL-90阳性项目均分和一项因子分与全国成人常模有明显差异,该市幼儿园教师存在强迫、敌对和人际敏感等问题。(2)婚姻状况对幼儿园教师的社会支持有一定影响。(3)幼儿园教师的社会支持特别是主观支持对其心理健康水平有显著影响。调查结果分析表明:(1)幼儿园教师的心理健康问题值得学校心理卫生工作者关注。(2)应提高幼儿园教师的社会支持度,以促进其心理健康。
The psychological self-evaluation questionnaire (SCL-90) and the evaluation questionnaire of support (SSRS) are used to survey a sample of 85 kindergarten teachers to explore the relationship of mental health and social support.
