摘要
综述了国内外桥式起重机的建模方法、开环控制技术和闭环控制技术,讨论这些方法和技术应用的可行性与局限性,分析了桥式起重机的动力学特性,提出实用的建模方法和可行的控制技术,论证了桥式起重机操作自动化的可行性。
This paper summarized the modeling method, open-loop control technology and closed-loop control technology adopted by domestic and foreign overhead traveling cranes. Engineering feasibility and limitations are discussed. Also, dynamics behavior of overhead crane is studied and practical modeling method and feasible control technology are proposed. It is concluded that the automation of overhead crane is feasible.
