安徽省服务外包产业既面临战略机遇,竞争也日趋激烈。安徽省可依赖于人力资本、基础条件、政府政策、企业能力及市场需求五大要素,从政府、企业两个主体层面,拓展服务外包产业竞争力提升的路径。
Services outsourcing enterprise in Anhui Province faces strategic opportunity as well as intense competition.Anhui Province should depend on human resources capital,infrastructures,government policy,enterprise capacity and market demands to develop ways of promoting services outsourcing competitive power from both government and enterprise.
