摘要
文章论述了基于PLC的变频调速系统控制方法以及其在圆织机中的应用实例。PLC的模拟量模块控制变频器实现对主轴电机、提膜电机、送经电机的无级调速,PLC中央处理器处理各电机的速度关系,可以通过人机界面设置需要的纬度,达到不同的产品要求。本系统采用闭环控制,将速度反馈至中央处理器运算补偿传动差,改善传统控制方法,大大降低次品率,提高生产效率。
This paper discusses the frequency control system based on PLC control method and its application example of circular loom.Analog PLC Module controls the frequency converter,then the frequency converter drive the spindle motor,pulling motor and let-off motor,achieve motors' step less speed.PLC CPU processing speed between the motor. By the man-machine interface we can set the latitude needed to achieve the requirements of different products.The system uses closed-loop control.Speed is fed back to the central processor,and after operation the central processor compensates differential transmission. The system can improve the traditional control methods,greatly reducing the defect rate and improving production efficiency.
