试油连续排液技术在江汉油田的应用 被引量:4

摘要 试油作业采用传统的抽汲排液方式,存在着操作人员劳动强度大、数据准确性差、井口密封差、作业成本高等不足。连续排液技术及相关设备适合不同井况的试油作业要求,设备自动运行,操作人员劳动强度低;排液连续不间断,试油资料数据准确;井口密封好,无漏液污染;作业成本较传统的抽汲排液方式低廉。连续排液试油技术值得大规模推广应用。 Using conventional swabbing discharge method in testing oil operation leads to such problems as big labor intensity,poor data precision and wellhead sealing and high cost.Continuous discharge technology and associated equipments suit for testing operation in different well conditions.The technology has so many advantages including equipments' automatic operation,low labor intensity,ceaseless discharge,accurate testing data,sound wellhead sealing,no weeping pollution and lower cost that it is worth promoting the use of it in a large scale.
