摘要 目的:观察3种根尖倒充填材料对人牙周膜细胞生长及超微结构的影响,从而指导材料的选择。方法:用材料直接接触细胞并计数以及透射电镜观察细胞结构变化。结果:3种材料接触培养后细胞生长速度减缓,3种材料之间差异有显著意义,细胞内超微结构显示内质网,线粒体等细胞器及细胞核的结构均有改变。结论:本实验的3种根尖倒充填材料对牙周膜细胞均有毒性作用,其中光固化复合树脂和银汞合金毒性较强,而化学固化玻璃离子粘固剂毒性较弱,临床使用较好。 Objective: To evaluate the effects of three root -end filling materials on the proliferation and the ultra -structure of human periodontal ligament cell (HPDLC) . Methods: HPDLC were cultured with three materials directly. The number of cells was calculated and structure was observed by transmission electrical microscope (TEM). Results: The proliferation rates of cells cultured with three root - end filling materials directly decreased. The numer of endoplasms decreased, and the structure of mitochondria and nuclei changed. Conclusions: From this experiment, all of the three rootend filling materials are cytotoxic to HPDLC, among which amalgam and light curing composite resins are stronger than GIC.
