摘要
目的:探讨采用联合激光手术技术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼的疗效。方法:房角粘连超过180°的原发性闭角型青光眼62例(88眼),一次性行联合激光手术(多波长氪绿激光周边虹膜成形联合Na:YAG激光周边虹膜切除术)。结果:随访6～24mo,在88眼中眼压可以控制在21mm Hg以下80眼(91%);88眼房角均有不同程度的增宽或开放;手术前后视力、视野及眼底无明显变化,除有不同程度的一过性眼压升高及虹膜炎症反应外无其他严重的并发症。结论:联合激光手术是治疗原发性闭角型青光眼的安全有效的方法之一。
AIM： To evaluate the therapeutic effects of combined laser technique for treating primary angle-closure glaucoma. METHODS： Sixty-two cases （88 eyes） of primary angle-closure glaucoma with goniosynechia over 180°were treated with combined laser technique, including peripheral irdoplasty （LPI） and Na-YAG laser iridectomy. RESULTS： During the follow-up ranging from 6mo to 2a, the intraocular pressures （IOP） of 80 eyes were controlled below 21mmHg （91%） and all the anterior chamber angle of the 88 eyes reopened to Various degrees. There were no severe postoperative complications except increased transient ]OP and iritis reaction. CONCLUSION： The combined laser technique is an ideal method for the treatment of primary angle-dosure glaucoma.
