高负压无能量挤切碎核乳化在白内障手术中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨高负压挤切碎核技术在白内障手术中的运用。方法:选II,II,IIV级核老年性白内障采用高负压无能量挤切碎核技术进行白内障手术。结果:12及48h,1wk视力均≥0.8,平均晶状体吸除时间为12.6min,其中II,III级核的平均晶状体吸除时间为(9±3)min,IV级核的平均晶状体吸除时间为(13±5)min。手术主要并发症是均匀的弥漫性的角膜水肿。结论:采用高负压无能量挤切碎核技术,增加辅助器械的功能使白内障手术达到微创、安全有效的优点,同时对学习掌握超声乳化手术有很大帮助。 AIM: To explore the application of crush-chopper technique and without energy with high vacuum in bind cataract phacoemulsification surgery.METHODS: Twenty-eight eyes of cataract with grade Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ hardness nudears underwent crush-chopper technique without energy and with high vacuum respectively. RESULTS: Visual acuities were above 0.8 on 12,48h and lwk after surgery.The average phacoemulsification time was 12.6rain:the time of grade Ⅱand grade Ⅲ nuclear hardness was 9±3min, and that of grade Ⅳ was 13±5min.The main complication was edema of cornea epithelial and endothelial. CONCLUSION: The method of cataract phacoemulsification with high vacuum and without energy, combined with chopper aid is safe, effective and less damageable. It is beneficial for cataract phacoemulsification beginners.
