摘要 目的分析齿状突骨折的CT表现,探讨多层螺旋CT扫描在诊断齿状突骨折中的价值。方法回顾性分析CT确诊的52例齿状突骨折的MSCT资料,包括横断面骨窗、软组织窗及经冠状面、矢状面多平面重建。结果根据骨折部位将齿状突骨折分为三型:Ⅰ型为尖端骨折3例;Ⅱ型为基底骨折35例;Ⅲ型为枢椎椎体部骨折14例。结论MSCT扫描对诊断急性或陈旧性齿状突骨折及确定骨折类型具有重要价值;对于临床上怀疑齿状突骨折,行MSCT扫描是必要的。 Objective To analyze the characteristics of odontoid fractures on muhislice CT (MSCT), and evaluates the diagnostic value of MSCT in the fracture. Methods MSCT imaging of 52 patients with odontoid fractures were retrospectively studied. The CT scans involved axial computerized tomography and two- dimensional reconstruction in the sagittal and the coronal planes. Results The patients were classified into 3 types according to the method introduced by Anderson and D' Alonzo. Type Ⅰ (3 cases) fracture was in the tip of the odontoid process; Type Ⅱ (35 cases) was in the base of the odontoid process; Type Ⅲ (15 cases) located in the body of axis. Conclusion MSCT has great values in the diagnosis of acute and chronic odontoid fractures. It is necessary for the patients who were odontoid fracture to be examined by MSCT.
