摘要 TiB2涂层以其耐磨、耐高温等优异性能及广阔的应用前景得到广泛关注。本文综述了国内外近年来TiB2涂层制备方法及其性能的研究进展,并着重对激光表面改性和热喷涂制备TiB2涂层进行了介绍,指出了目前TiB2涂层制备中存在的问题及今后的研究方向。 TiB2 coating has attracted increasing attention because of its excellent properties such as antiwear, high temperature resistance, and a wide variety of potential applications. The research progress of preparation method and properties of Ti132 coating in recent years at home and abroad is overviewed. Laser surface modification and thermal spraying technology for preparing Ti132 coating are emphatically introduced and the main problems and the research direction in preparation of Ti132 coating are pointed out.
