摘要
用柠檬酸配合法制备了钙钛矿型复合氧化物La0.8Sr0.2FexCo1xO3催化剂,研究了Fe和Co的含量对丙烯和氮氧化合物的催化转化的影响,并对其热稳定性进行了考察.用XRD、Mossbauer谱、O2TPD和IR表征手段将催化剂性能与Fe、Co含量和氧脱附性能进行了关联.研究结果表明:适量的Co和Fe离子的存在,不但能使催化剂结构更接近理想钙钛矿型,而且对催化剂反应性能都起着积极的作用;氧在反应中起着非常关键的作用;催化剂显示了良好的热稳定性.
The selective catalytic reduction of NO with propene over La0.8 Sr0.2 Fex Co1-xO3 catalysts prepared by sol-gel method and their thermal stability were studied. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, IR, O2-TPD and Mossbauer spectroscopy. The results were correlated to the catalytic activity, the tolerance factors of the perovskite-type-oxide and oxygen adsorption. The results showed that the introduction of appropriate amounts of Co and Fe cations not only led to the formation of a more perfect structure of the perovskite-type-oxide catalysts but also showed a positive effect on the active oxygen adsorption species and their reactivities. Oxygen played an important role in the selective catalytic reduction of NO with propene. The La0.8 Sr0.2 Fex Co1-xO3 perovskite-type-oxide catalysts showed excellent thermal stabilities.
