hPOT1在端粒长度维持机制中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 端粒是真核生物染色体末端的重要结构复合物,对维持染色体稳定性起着重要作用。端粒长度的调控非常复杂。端粒长度的维持,一方面依赖端粒酶,另一方面则依赖端粒结合蛋白。端粒保护蛋白(POT1)为端粒单链结合蛋白,近年来对hPOT1结构、功能及其在肿瘤中的表达研究表明,其与端粒长度的维持密切相关。
