摘要
提出了基于“灰色系统理论”的县级农电企业管理信息系统的电量预测的真实模型,通过用辽宁省台安县地区的原始用电量在管理信息系统中用“决策支持”进行预测,得出的结果与真实数据相比,误差相对较小。
Based on the grey systems theory. The electric consumption prediction real model for county level agricultural electricity business management information system was suggested. The application in Tai＇an County Liaoning Province, showed that the prediction of the primitive electricity consumption in “the policy-making support” is similar to the real data.
