摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定曲咪新乳膏中硝酸咪康唑和醋酸曲安奈德含量的方法。方法:用 ZORBAX SB-C_(18)(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-乙腈-0.5%醋酸铵溶液(43:43:14)为流动相,流速为1.1 mL·min^(-1),柱温为25℃,检测波长为235nm。结果:硝酸咪康唑和醋酸曲安奈德的保留时间分别为8.6 min和3.6 min;理论板数分别为11400和9100;HPLC 法测定的线性范围分别为10~200μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999)和1~20μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999)。本方法的精密度和稳定性良好,RSD<2%。结论:本法简便、快速、准确、可靠,用于曲咪新乳膏中硝酸咪康唑和醋酸曲安奈德的含量测定。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of triamcinolone acetonide acetate and miconazole nitrate in triamcinolone acetonide acetate, miconazole nitrate and neomycin sulfate ointment at the same time. Methods: The column : ZORBAX SB - C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) ; The mobile phase : methanol - acetonitrile - 0. 5 % acetate solution (43: 43: 14 ) ; The flow rate : 1. 1 mL · min^-1 ; The column temperature:25℃; The detection wavelength :235 nm. Results :The retention times for miconazole nitrate and triamcinolone acetonide acetate were 8.6 min and 3.6 min with theoretical plates were 11400 and 9100 ,respectively. There were good linear relationship with in the range of 10 -200 μg · mL^-1 (r =0. 9999) and 1 -20μg · mL^-1 (r =0. 9999). The precision and repeatability of the method was good, RSD 〈 2%. Conclusion : The method is convenient, rapid, accurate and reliable and may be adopted for assay of triamcinolone acetonide acetate and miconazole nitrate in triamcinolone acetonide acetate, miconazole nitrate and neomycin sulfate ointment.
