摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法同时测定足光散中水杨酸、苯甲酸的含量。方法:采用 Hypersil C_(18)色谱柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钠溶液(57:43,用磷酸调节 pH 至5.2)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),紫外检测器于240 nm测定。结果:HPLC 法测定,水杨酸、苯甲酸与辅料分离良好,线性范围水杨酸为38.58~90.02μg·mL^(-1),r=0.9998;苯甲酸为26.46~61.74μg·mL^(-1),r=0.9999。供试品溶液在24 h 内稳定,平均回收率为99.5%~100.6%,RSD 为0.11%~0.38%(n=3)。结论:本法简便、快速,结果准确、可靠,重复性好。
Objective : To determine the content of salicylic acid and benzoic acid in Zuguangsan by HPLC. Methods: The column : Hypersil Cls column (4. 6 mm × 200 mm, 5μm, ) ; The mobile phase : methanol - 0. 1 mol·L^-1 NaH2PO4 (57: 43,adjusted pH to 5.2 with phosphoric acid);The flow rate: 1.0 mL·min^-1 ;The detection wavelength :240 nm. Results: The salicylic acid, benzoic acid and excipient were separated well by HPLC. The linear response range were 38.58 - 90. 02μg · mL^-1 ( r = 0. 9998 ) of salicylic acid and 26.46 - 61.74 μg · mL^-1 ( r = 0. 9999)of benzoic acid. The sample solution is steady within 24 h. The recoveries were 99. 5% - 100. 6%, RSD were 0. 11% - 0. 38 % ( n = 3 ) , respectively. Conclusion : This method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable.
