摘要
采用诱捕分离法从土壤中分离到28株放线菌,以大丽轮枝孢(Verticillium dahliae)和灰葡萄孢(Botrytis cinerea)作为靶标菌,通过皿内拮抗试验从中筛选出效果明显的SW6,SW9,SW16,SW20 4株生防菌株,其发酵原液对靶标菌的抑制效果明显高于发酵滤液和菌丝初提液。其中,菌株SW20的发酵液对2种靶标菌均有较强的抑制作用。抗药性测定结果表明,4株生防菌株对链霉素最为敏感,对供试杀菌剂抗性较强。
Twenty-eight stratus of actinomyces were isolated from soil by using target fungal pathogens and four strains of actinomyces with strong biocontrol potential against Verticillium dahliae and Botrytis cinerea were selected. The effective inhibition to the target pathogens has been obtained with fermentation broth of selected strains comparing with fermentation filtrate and the strain SW20 shown stronger inhibition to the target pathogens. The results shown that four strains were sensitive to streptomycin and resistant to the tested fungicides.
