A Probe into the Three-dimensional Research Frame of Firm Growth

摘要 以企业成长为核心,选取了成长区位、机会市场和优势技术三个要素,构建了企业成长三维研究框架,认为创业和战略导向融合差异导致了企业成长方式的不同;对六家青岛企业成长的特点与差异进行了分析,以期对中国企业成长有所启示与借鉴. Around the firm growth and from entrepreneurial and strategic prospects,it puts forward a threedimensional research frame including growth region, opportunity market and advantage technology, and then use this frame to analyze the characteristics of six Qingdao firms growth. Based on above research,it puts out some suggestions as references that benefit to Chinese firm growth.
