摘要
我国东部沿海地区发电用煤重要煤源之一的印尼煤,大部分需经混配煤后才能在燃用烟煤锅炉上使用。介绍一种典型印尼单煤及其混煤的燃烧特性实验室研究结果以及在300 MW机组应用试验情况。沉降炉和热天平分析结果表明,印尼单煤具有超高挥发分和水分、低灰分、低灰熔点和低发热量的特点,具有极易着火、极易燃尽和严重结渣的特性。配煤后,其着火和结渣特性得到明显改善,炉内温度场及结渣情况明显改善,但对磨煤机干燥出力有一定影响。
Indouesian coal is an important complement for fuel coal used for power generation in eastern coastal region of our country, but most of said coal only can be utilized for bituminous coal fired boilers after mixing and blending. Results of study in laboratory for burning behaviors of a classical indonesian single coal sort and its blended coal, as well as test situation for utilizing said coal on 300 MW unit, have been presented. Results of analysis by using sedimentation stove and thermal balance show that the indonesian single coal has many features, such as ultrahigh volatile content and water content, low ash content, low ash fusing point, and low calorific value, boasting behaviors as extremely easy to fire, extremely easy to burnout, and seriously slagging. After coal blending, the ignition and slagging behaviors of said coal have been obviously improved, temperature field in the furnace and slagging tendency being also obviously improved, but having certain influence upon the drying capacity of coal pulverizer.
