摘要
通过对断裂碟簧的化学成分、硬度、金相、扫描电镜和能谱分析,指出了非金属夹杂物,特别是硫化物含量偏高,以及严重的带状组织,阻断了组织的连续性,是产生裂纹的主要原因。
Failure analysis for a xracked disk spring was carried out through chemical composition analysis,hardness test, metallograph observation, fracture analysis and EDAX. The results show that the nonmetallic inclasion especially sulfide, and the banded strueture is the main reason to cause the disk spring crack, which interdict the strueture's continuity.
