摘要 采用硅胶柱色谱法从亚麻根中分得5个化合物,通过波谱分析和甲醇酸水解鉴定了它们的结构,分别为LinumcerebrosideA(1),1OβD glucopyranosyl(2S,3R,4E,8Z)2[(2(R)hydroxyhexadecanoyl)amido]4,8oc tadecadiene1,3diol(2),胡萝卜苷(4),花生酸(5)和ent kaurane3oxo16α17diol(6)。其中化合物1为新化合物,化合物2、5、6均为首次从该植物中分离鉴定。 Five compounds were isolated from the roots of Linum usitatissimum by chromatography on silica gel. Their structures were identified by NMR and MS data as well as chemical method as Linum cerebroside A (1), 1-O-β-D-gtucopyranosyl-(2S, 3R,4E,8Z)-2[ (2 (R)-hydroxyhexadecanoyl) amide]-4,8-octadecadiene-1, 3-diol (2),dausterol (4),eicosanoic acid (5) and ent-kaurane-3-oxo- 16α- 17-diol (6). Compound 1 is a new one and compounds 2, 5 and 6 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
