摘要
介绍了鲁宁管道的各种输油运行方式及其相互切换操作工艺,根据管输原油的物性和运行参数,对全线不同运行方式下的输油量、开泵站输油泵电机输入功率和电单耗、全线不同运行方式下的电单耗及不同运行方式组合电单耗进行了计算和比较,确定了可降低输油成本的管道最佳优化组合运行方案。
The different operation modes and switching over process between them of LuNing Oil Pipeline are introduced. The calculation and comparison are carried out on that:(1) the oil throughput,input power and power consumption of electric motor of operating pumping station at different operation modes; (2) the power consumption of electric motor at different operation modes and (3) the power consumption of electric motor at the combination of different operation modes. Based on the calculation and comparison results,the optimization combination operation program of the pipeline to decrease transportation cost is determined.
