摘要 ①目的 通过研究急性心肌梗死(AMI)后Osborn波与恶性室性心律失常的关系,评价Osborn波预测急性心肌梗死后恶性室性心律失常的临床价值。②方法 将87 例AMI病人按心电图有无Osborn波分为两组,比较两组间恶性室性心律失常发生率。③结果 Osborn波阳性组恶性室性心律失常发生率明显高于阴性对照组(χ2=39.4,P<0.001)。④结论 心电图Osborn波可作为AMI病人恶性室性心律失常有效预测指标。 Objective To evaluate the value of Osborn wave in the prediction of malignant ventricular arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarctlon(AMI) by studying the relationship between the wave and malignant ventricular arrhythmia. Methods Eighty-seven AMI patients were divided into two groups on the basis of whether presence of Osborn wave or not. The incidence of malignant ventrlcular arrhythmia was compared between the groups. Results The incidence in the Osborn-wave-positive group was significantly higher than that in the negative group (χ^2 =39.4 ,P〈0. 001). Conclusion Osborn wave in electrocardiogram is an effective index in predicting malignant ventricular arrhythmia after AMI.
