摘要
为了改进传统铣床对复杂曲面的加工能力,提出了一种新型的5轴(自由度)串并联数控铣床。该型数控铣床与传统铣床相比,能够完成复杂曲面工件的铣削加工,增加了铣床的功能。同时,分析了该型铣床的结构,实现了包括建模造型、参数化建模分析在内的数控铣床的仿真建模,并分析研究了其工作空间的生成和空间的优化选择。
In order to improve complex surface--processing ability of traditional milling machine, a new kind of 5-- DOF Numerical Control (NC) milling machine was put forward. Compared with the traditional ones, the new machine could process the work pieces with more complex surfaces and increase functions of milling machine. The mechanism structure of the milling machine was analyzed. Moreover, the simulation modeling of this milling machine, including modeling building modules and analyzing parameterized module, was realized. Workspace generation and selection of optimized workspace of this milling machine were discussed in detail.
