摘要 目的建立鼻腔三维可视化数字模型并进行初步应用。方法根据独立获取的彩色组织学切片,采用表面重建方法重建出三维鼻腔模型,并基于C++和VTK开发包实现部分应用。结果建立了较精确且较完整的鼻腔组织结构,实现了三维交互式浏览和虚拟内镜的应用。结论鼻腔可视化模型准确反映其复杂的解剖结构及空间毗邻关系,不但为临床诊断提供了可靠的解剖资料,也为今后的虚拟手术打下了良好的基础。 Objective To build three dimensional digitized visible models of nasal cavity and relative sections and to apply it primarily. Methods Three-dimensional nasal models were reconstructed by using surface reconstruction method based on color histological slices and some application realized based on C+ + and VTK. Results The accurate and integrated comparatively nasal cavity and relative sections were reconstructed. Three-dimensional interactive browsing and virtual endoscopy were achieved. Conclusion These visible nasal models show precisely complex anatomy structure and spatial relationships, which not only offers clinic diagnosis reliable anatomical data sets, but provides a good base for virtual surgery later.
