摘要
目的:观察美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)对家兔的镇痛作用。方法:在18只家兔足背部皮肤上涂MEBO或凡士林,后者作为对照组。用行为测痛方法测定涂抹MEBO与凡士林前后的痛阈变化。结果:实验表明MEBO能提高家兔的痛阈,特别是涂MEBO后9min更为显著(P<0.01)。而凡士林组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:MEBO具有较强的镇痛作用。
Objective：To observe the analgesic effect of MEBO burn ointment. Methods： We used 18 rabbits as expeimental animals and choose their foot-back to be the site of MEBO or raseline applicative, while raseline to be used for alternative in the control group, pain thresholds were determined by the behavioral method both before and after application of the MEBO and raseline. Results：That MEBO could raise the level of pain threshold in rabbits, the effect appeared markedly at 9 minutes after medication（P〈0.01） while the results in control group remain unchanged（P〉0, 05）. Conclusion： MEBO possess strong analgestic effect.
