摘要
蜂窝体在使用过程中常出现堵塞、烧损等现象,影响炉内正常供热,分析认为是由于煤气中粉尘过多和蓄热体结构不合理所致。为此,先后采取了定期更换蜂窝体,改进三通阀、加抖动式滤灰网等措施,使上述现象得到有效改善。
The blinding and burning loss of the honeycomb ceramics are usually observed during the service process, which affect the normal heat supply of the furnace. It is analyzed that the reasons are high dust content in the gas and unreasonable structure of the regenerative ceramics. Through changing the honeycomb regularly, modifying three-way valve and adding oscillating filter screen, these problems are solved.
