摘要
就大庆榆树林油田榆二联至宋一联段输油管线穿孔失效进行分析。通过现场强制电流阴极保护系统有效性调查、杂散电流的测试、土壤电阻率的测试、穿孔点的防腐绝缘层的勘察及地貌特征勘察,发现导致该区域管道频频腐蚀穿孔的原因是大量杂散电流的存在。另外,该处管道受到的土壤应力的不同和黄夹克层的损坏也相应地加速了管道的腐蚀穿孔。就导致该处管线失效的原因及补救措施提了一些建议,经现场应用效果较好。
This paper conducts an analysis of the invalidation cause for the oil pipeline from Yuerlian to Songyilian in Yushulin oilfield in Daqing, after the detailed spot investigation and test of the cathodic protection system validation, the stray current, the soil electric resistivity, the pipe coating and the peographical feature at the invalidation position, and discovers that it is the stray current that has conduced the pipeline erosion and perforation. Besides, the varying of the soil stress and the disrepair of the yellow jacket also accelerates the speed of erosion. In the end it makes some proposals concerning the cause for the erosion and perforation and the remediation to be taken. Field applications of practical measures have achieved a better result.
