摘要
目的有效地解决轻质空心墙板成型机传动箱设计中由于经济性、寿命、布局方案、维修性、结构尺寸等模糊因素存在而导致设计方案难以综合评价和优选的问题,提出解决该类问题的有效方法.方法利用模糊数学理论,将模糊集、模糊关系等应用于具体的工程设计中,建立了轻质空心墙板成型机传动箱设计的模糊数学模型,提出了该传动箱设计方案的二级模糊综合评判法.结果通过比率标度法确定权重,对难以定量表示的各影响因素,用隶属度及分配权重的方法表示,实现了传动箱设计方案的综合评价与优选.结论最大程度地减少了主观臆断性,充分反映客观实际要求,为设计提供可靠的参考依据,通过实例得到验证,为解决该类问题提供了有效的分析手段.
As there are so many fuzzy factors as economic, life, packing, maintaining, structural dimension in the design of the light hollow wallboard molding machine(LHWMM), and there hasn't been an effective synthetic evaluation used to fulfill the design of these problems up to now, it is difficult to confirm the optimal scheme among many design solutions of the wheel box of LHWMM. These factors are considered in order to effectively solve the above-mentioned problems. The fuzzy model of wheel box of LHWMM is established by applying the concepts of fuzzy sets and fuzzy relations based on fuzzy mathematics to the design of these devices, and the two-level fuzzy synthetic evaluation is proposed on these problems. In this method, the weights are ascertained by the ratio mark, and the fuzzy factors are represented by the membership and the corresponding weight. Using this method, the synthetic optimal value of the gearing schemes of LHWMM is acquired. Thus, it can guide effectively the selection and evaluation of schemes of these problems, and it pro- vides a new method to solve these problems and to avoid minimizing the blindness and subjectivity in the design of LHWMM. The result shows that the two-level fuzzy synthetic evaluation about the wheel box of LHWMM based on fuzzy mathematics is feasible and effective.
