摘要
为了研究摩擦副中表面膜的形成条件、化学成分和状态等,用接触电阻考察了全配方机油润滑条件下往复运动的缸套/活塞环摩擦副中表面膜的形成过程,并采用Auger电子能谱仪(AES)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)系统研究了表面膜的成分、厚度、化学价态等特性。分析表明缸套试样上表面膜厚约1μm,含有以无定型状态存在的大量碳、氧化物及少量复杂的摩擦化学反应产物。研究表明,接触电阻法可实时监测表面膜的形成过程。
The formation of surface films in reciprocating cylinder bore/piston ring pairs lubricated by fully formulated engine oils was studied using the electrical contact resistance (ECR) method. Surface properties such as element content, film thickness, chemical compounds, and crystal structure were characterized using surface analysis tools, Auger electron spectroscopy (AES), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The investigations show that a film, with a thickness of about 1.0μm, forms on the cylinder bore surface. The surface films consist mostly of organic carbon in amorphous form and oxides, plus small amounts of phosphate, sulphide, sulphate etc. formed from functional additives in the lubricant by tribochemical reactions. The results also show that the ECR method provides real-time information about the formation of surface films.
