摘要
石油化工企业中的油水两相介质中油的折射率为1.48~1.50,而水的折射率为1.33,选用折射率小于1.48的光纤,根据光纤的传输功率随外界介质折射率的变化而变化这一特性,研制了折射率调制光纤油水界面监控仪,应用于石油化工企业,有效安全地解决了油水分离器中水的监控排放问题,提高了生产自动化水平和经济效益。系统灵敏度高,现场不带电,安全可靠,免于维护,实用性强。
In petroleum Industry, it is known in two phase medium ot oil and water the refraction of oil and water is 1.48-1.50 and 1.33 respectively. Because power of optical fiber changes according to medium refraction, the optical fiber which refraction is smaller 1.48 is used to design a kind of controller of optical fiber oil interface for industry of oil and chemistry. This controller can solve the question of water's control and exile, so it can improve profit and automaticity. This system is sensitive, safe,no-repair and application.
