摘要
针对10 kV无功补偿电容器组投切时所产生的开关暂态过电压的危害,提出了一种基于DSP的采用同步关合技术投切无功补偿电容器组的控制系统.它采用数字信号处理芯片(DSP)TMS320C5402和6通道实时数据采集系统芯片ADS8364.实时提取三相电压的零点和电流的零点,用以确定发出合闸指令的时刻,以使断路器在电压信号的零点关合,从而降低投入电容器组时所产生的过电压和涌流.测试结果表明,该方案具有可靠性高,运行稳定等优点,在电力系统自动化方面有很广的应用前景.
A new controller based on DSP is developed by synchronous closing technique, which has the ability to reduce inrush and over-voltage when the var compensation capacitors are plunged into power system. The controller is mainly composed with digital signal processor TMS320C5402 and 6-channel simultaneous sampling A/D chip ADS8364. Furthermore, real-time voltage and current zero points of threephase circuit are obtained and the time of sending the closing command will be confirmed. As a result, the breaker will be closed at zero voltage and the high inrush and over-voltage will be weakened. The test results show that the synchronous controller is reliable and works smoothly. The designed device will be widely used in the area of power system automation.
