The Application of Matching Mode for Separate Injection in H31 Fault Block

摘要 河31断块区分层注水井分层不清,层间欠注严重,注采比低,严重影响区块的水驱开发效果。在分层效果影响因素分析的基础上,现场开展了Y342封隔器锚定补偿技术、同心集成分层及测试技术和氮化防腐技术的试验应用,分层井层段合格率由39·1%增加到82%,区块注采对应率由72·4%提高到85%,提高水驱储量216×104t。 The separate injection wells in H31 fault block have serious problems such as indefinite layer-separation and lack of injection that result in a low injection-withdrawal ratio and bad waterflooding effect. Based on analysis of the influencing factors of separate injection, we carried on field applications of anchored Y342 packer balancing technology, concentric integration layer-separation & testing technology and nitride-anti-erode technology, which increased the layer-separation success ratio from 39.1% to 82%, injection-to-producing-well corresponding ratio from 72.4% to 85% and waterflooding reserves of 216×10^(4)t.
