摘要
通过Diaion HP20大孔吸附树脂及薄层层析法对嘧肽霉素的活性成分进行分离提取。明确了DiaionHP20大孔树脂吸附的最佳pH值、解吸条件、流速以及薄层层析法的最适展开条件。设计的两种方法操作简便,适合嘧肽霉素活性组分的分离,为活性物质的进一步提取精制和结构鉴定提供了依据。
Cytosinpeptidemycin is a new antiphytoviral agricultural antibiotic. Its isolation and purification with macroporous adsorption resin Diaion HP20 and TLC was studied. The two methods were simple and convenient, which were good for isolation and purification of Cytosinpeptidemycin, and at the same time, some identification of active component configuration were provided.
