摘要
研究了用3种偶联剂在水溶液、乙醇溶液和醇水溶液中对TiO2进行湿法表面处理的配方与工艺。用动态毛细管法表征处理前后TiO2表面性能的变化。TEM、TG对改性前后的钛白粉进行了表征,结果表明偶联剂已连接至TiO2表面。经表面处理的钛白粉制备的色母粒其分散性和白度都得到了提高。
Three coupling agents were investigated to treat the titanium dioxide surface in different solutions,and the dynamic capillary law was used to ascertain the transformation of its surface. And TG and other means were adapted to contrast the surface of TiO2 ,the results showed that its surface was coated with coupling agents. The dispersibility and covering capability of TiO2 masterbatch in plastic were both highly improved.
