摘要
高职院校不仅要培养学生实际技能,还要用一种创新的方式来加强高职学生的人格培养,保证学生整体素质的提升。高职思想政治教育需要提升创造性转化能力,以人为本的理念是其指导思想,通过改变“两课”教学方式,让思想政治理论在现实的实践中昭示它本身的意义和魅力,从“理性本体”的认知取向转变为“人格本体”的品质取向,实现从政治形态向人本形态的创造性转化,
Starting with the problems and features of the ideological education at higher vocational colleges, the author analyzes the dilemma of ideological education in the current society and explores the possibility and attention focus of the integration of ideological education and Chinese traditional culture at higher vocational colleges. Further, the author makes a theoretical analysis of the transition of ideological education from the cognitive orientation of ＂rational noumenon＂ to the quality direction of ＂personality noumenon＂, thus realizing the innovative transition from political pattern to humanistic pattern.
