摘要
为达到似膏体充填料浆流动性好,强度高且成本低的要求,通过实验进行了料浆配合比的研究。结果表明:在实验范围内,强度随凝石含量的增加而线性增加,塌落度随粉煤灰含量的增加先增加后减小,在粉煤灰含量为24%时达到最大值。最终确定的料浆配合比技术上可行,经济上合理。本文对推进充填采矿技术的发展具有重要意义。
In order to get good flow property,high strength and reasonability of paste-like backfill material, proportion of backfilling material is studied by experiment.The result shows that in the range of experiment, strength of backfilling material varies linearly with content of sialite, and collapse height increases first and then decreases while content of fly ash increases. At the content 24% of fly ash,collapse height attains the most. The finally determined proportion makes the backfilling material technically feasible and economical.This article is of great importance to promote backfill mining.
