摘要
对非营利性组织的研究西方发达国家走得更远,我国在相关领域的研究中应该批判地借鉴国外的经验。国外非营利性组织的运营与管理大都具有独立自主的成立制度与运营制度、多元化的经费来源和强化绩效评价的内部管理等特点,这些都是目前我国医院改革值得借鉴的。
The research on NPO in foreign countries is better than that in China, we should learn foreign experience in relevant research areas. Independent establishment rules, multiplex sources of money, intensified performance evaluation of inner management are the characteristics of foreign NPO, which we can use in our hospital reform.
