摘要 给母代种鸡饲喂添加不同剂量Ge-132(50、100、150、200mg/kg)的饲料,获取4组富锗种蛋(含Ge量为(58.1892±4.9234)~(76.0350±8.0965)μg/枚蛋),以其与1组普通种蛋(含Ge量(1.5991±0.2624)μg/枚蛋)孵出的雏鸡,编为Ⅰ~Ⅴ组,每组100只;再将各组分为2个小组各50只,分别编号为Ⅰ-1、Ⅰ-2以至Ⅴ-1、Ⅴ-2小组;其中Ⅰ-1至Ⅴ-1各小组按常规程序进行免疫,而Ⅰ-2至V-2各小组不进行免疫。于1、7、14、21及28日龄时,各小组随机抽取6只分别采血检测SOD、GSH-Px活力及LPO的含量。结果显示:(1)14日龄前,Ⅰ~Ⅳ组雏鸡血液SOD及GSH-Px活性均明显高于对照(Ⅴ)组,而LPO含量则显著低于Ⅴ组,15日龄后组间差异不显著;(2)Ⅰ-1至Ⅴ-1小组与Ⅰ-2至Ⅴ-2小组比较未见明显规律性差异,表明免疫对以上3项指标无明显影响;(3)相关和回归分析结果表明,种蛋中锗含量与1日龄雏鸡血液SOD及GSH-Px活性呈强正相关(r分别为0.897和0.939),而与血清LPO含量则呈强负相关(r为—0.874)。7日龄后,这些相关性即明显减? Parent laying hens were fed the diets added four different amounts of Ge-132 to obtainthe eggs rich in germanium. The vertical influence of germanium on antioxidant function of filial chick-ens hatchedfrom these eggs were studied.The chickens hatched from rich-gerinanium eggs of fourgroup[(58· 189 2± 4.9234)to(76.0350 ± 8.096 5)μg Ge per egg] and normal eggs[(1.599 1±0.262 4)μg Ge per egg)were randomly divided into the correspanding groups,i.e.groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ respectively,100 chickens in each group.Each group was randomly subdivided into twogroups numbered from Ⅰ-1,Ⅰ-2 to Ⅴ-1,Ⅴ-2.The chickens from group I-1 to group Ⅴ-1 were vac-cinated by the normal immunization procedure,and those from group Ⅰ-2 to group Ⅴ-2 were not vacci-natcd. All chickens were managed under the same standard conditions,Blood samples were collected atlst,7th,14th,21st and 28th dav after immunization and serum LPO contents,serum SOD and bloodGSH-Px activities were determined.The experimental results showed as follows:1.The activities ofserum SOD and blood GSH-Px of group Ⅰ~Ⅳ Wwere significantly higher than those of group Ⅴ,butthe contents of serum LPO of group Ⅰ~Ⅳ were evidently lower than that of group Ⅴ in chickens aged14 days and under.2.The changes of serum SOD,LPO and blood GSH-Px activities had no significantdifferences among groups.3.At any time, the regular and significant difference between group Ⅰ-1 ~ Ⅴ-1 and group I-2~Ⅴ-2 were not observed, which indicated that the immunization did not signifi-cantly affect the activities of serum SOD and blood GSH-Px or serum LPO contents.4.There were sig-nificantly positive correlation between the germanium contents of eggs and the activities of serum SODand blood GSH-Px(r=0.899and r=0.939)and negative correlation between the germanium contentsof eggs and serum LPO levels(r=0.894)at the age of one day by regressive and relative analysis,but the correlation significantly declined under the age of seven days. The results confirmed that germa-nium might significantly enhance the antioxidant function of day-old chickens. Moreover,this influenceapproximately lasted from one to two weeks.
