摘要
通过对聚合物熔体流变学的研究,探讨了剪切速率的变化对塑件成型的影响,以及其与塑料注射模浇口形式和尺寸的关系,并将其实际应用到汽车大型塑件注射模浇注系统的设计中,取得了较好的效果。
Based on the study of polymer melt rheology, the influences of variation of the cutting rate on the moulding of plastic parts are discussed. The relations between the cutting rate and the gate forms and sizes of injection moulds are explained. The result of this study has been used to the design of the feeding system of the injection moulds for large plastic parts of automobiles and good results have been gained.
