摘要
目的:建立基于介入技术的猪心肌梗死模型.方法:家猪18只,3~4月龄,体质量50~65kg,戊巴比妥钠麻醉后以球囊导管推送海绵颗粒至冠状动脉左前降支远端,造成冠状动脉左前降支远端闭塞.结果:17只猪成功建立心肌梗死模型,1只死亡.10只存活时间大于3个月,6只术后8周按计划处死,1只术后第二天处死,无意外死亡.结论:以球囊导管推送海绵颗粒栓塞冠状动脉建立猪心肌梗死模型,方法简便易行,动物可长期存活.
AIM: To establish the porcine model of myocardial infarction by interventional technique. METHODS : Eighteen pigs aged 3~4 months and weighing 50~65 kg were anaesthetized. Left anterior descending coronary arteries were embolized by sterilized sponge. RESULTS: The model of myocardial infarction was successfully in established in seventeen of the eighteen pigs . Ten of the seventeen survived more than 3 months after myocardial infarction. Six were executed 8 weeks after myocardial infarction. One was executed the next day after myocardial infarction. There were no accidental deaths. CONCLUSION: The method of establishing the porcine model of myocardial infarction by interventional technique is simple, convenient and safe.
